Reset the Husky OnNet (Big-IP Edge) VPN
If you are using the HuskyOnNet (Big-IP Edge) VPN to connect to campus resources when you're away from UW Campus, you may encounter issues where the VPN is unable to connect and stuck in the
"Initializing..." stage.
If that happens, you can uninstall the WAN Miniport devices on your computer (N.B. this method is only effective for Windows computers).
- Search on your computer and open "Device Manager."
- Expand the "Network Adapters" section
- Right click every "WAN MiniPort..." adapter and choose "Uninstall device"

- Click the topmost entry in that view (your computer name) and select
"Scan for the hardware changes" to re-create those virtual adapters.

- Close "Device Manager and relaunch the Big-IP Edge client app. It
should now work as expected.
