How to Access the H: and I: Drives (MWS)
On Jan 18, 2025, the mapping for the H: drive changed and so previous links or shortcuts will no longer work. The instructions below have been updated to use the new mapping but if you have old shortcuts, we recommend deleting them.
Both networks drives can only be accessed if you are using a protected UW network connection. If you're on campus or in a UW building, then a wired connection or the "Eduroam" Wi-Fi network should allow you to access them.
The instructions below are only usable for Microsoft Windows computers. If you are using a Mac, please refer to
this article.
Access the I: Drive:
On your desktop is a folder called "DGH-Links".
Open the folder and click on the "I drive" shortcut.
Accessing the H: Drive:
On your desktop is a folder called "DGH-Links".
