Finding backup of H: and I: drives


MWS has been moving I: Drive files from the existing file server to a new file server and as a result finding snapshots has changed a little bit.

If you are unable to locate your file(s) in I:\snapshots, please follow these instructions to locate previous file versions:
•  Find your department folders in I:\groups.
•  Open the folder you wish to find the snapshot(s).
•  Right click on the folder and on the menu pick list, click on “Properties”.
•  On the Properties Window, click on the “Previous Versions” tab.
•  You can then choose the date you wish to view the file snapshots.

These file snapshots are read-only, and should be copied to your regular directory. Additional information can be found in our IT Connect page:
