Using Docusign in DGH (eSignature)

All UW staff and faculty have access to free usage of DocuSign via eSignature, supported by the UW Technology Recharge Fee.
If you would like to be added to the DGH instance, please email dghhelp@uw.edu and we can create an account for you.
Once your account is created, you can log in at https://account.docusign.com/#/username
Alert
Please note that eSignatures service is limited specifically to education, research, and administrative activities. Patient-related care usage is not permitted under our license.

Using the Correct DocuSign Tenant

  1. If you have previously used DocuSign with your UW email, you may see an option on the login screen that gives an option for which tenant to use. The option that says NA2 is the correct one.
  2. If you are already logged in an do not see the permissions that you expect, you can check which tenant you're using by clicking on the profile icon in the top right and choosing Switch Account
  3. From there, you'll see a screen to select the account, and you want to choose "University of Washington - School of Medicine"

Resources for eSignature/DocuSign
