Using the Shared DGH Printers
There are shared Ricoh printers available for all staff and faculty within Global Health. The printers are located at:
- HRC 759
- HRC 841
- NJB 1361
The printers are managed by UW Managed Print Services but DGH IT staff can provide troubleshooting and support with adding the printers to your computer or other common issues.
Your computer should be configured to print to one of these computers before it is delivered to you, but if you do not see it in your list of available printers, there are instructions for adding it:
- Adding Ricoh printers (Windows)
- Adding Ricoh printers (Mac)
All of the printers require a code in order to print. If you do not know the code to use, please check with your budget manager.
