This document
is a reference list of standard items for ordering for specific IT needs within
DGH. Each category should have at least one recommended option and may have
other secondary options in cases where additional product options are
meaningful. This list is reviewed quarterly and notes about issues or alternate
equipment should be recorded in the Standard Equipment Worksheet .
CDW-G is our
default vendor for these items, and should be used for all purchases unless the
item is: out of stock or available at an alternative retailer for at least 15%
cheaper.

supervisor approval and business justification.

that are not part of a typical workstation setup but may be purchased when and
require additional justification.
