Reserve Conference Rooms

Reserve Conference Rooms

Conference rooms in the DGH space in HRC and NJB can be reserved via Outlook. Each of the conference rooms has its own dedicated resource calendar.

Hans Rosling Center

7th and 8th floor

For HRC, the conference rooms on the 7th and 8th floor require that you are first added to a permission group that will automatically accept all new reservations. Staff and faculty should be automatically added to that permission group, but if you cannot make reservations, please contact dghit@uw.edu and we can investigate.
To reserve the room:
  1. Create a new meeting request in Outlook
